A supernatural lightbulb watch

Announcements
1. If you had a supernatural lightbulb that takes no time to turn on or off, and you did the following:

The lightbulb is on at the start.

After 1 minute, you turn the lightbulb off. 30 seconds later, you turn it on. 15 seconds later, you turn it off, and so on (the time between switching halves every time).

Is the lightbulb on or off at exactly 2 minutes?

Does it make a difference if the lightbulb is off at the start?
2. It cannot be determined, because you'd turn it on and off infinite times before 2 minutes and infinity isn't even nor odd.

3. This video does not contain the answer, because there isn't one.

If it literally takes no time to turn on or off, then you can't turn it on or off.

Because in the course of time if there is no difference between when its on and off, then its technically always on and its technically always off.

But obviously that doest make any sense, so in other words its not a real problem with an answer.
