    Hi,

I've been working in an office for about 6 months.
As part of my introduction I had meetings with all of the mangers.
One manger I was flirting with slightly, he did not respond.
However recently he has been staring at me a lot. When on the phone he will look slightly to the side of his computer and look over at me working.
I have caught him looking at me like this a few times.
Last week he was talking to someone in our kitchen. I walked past looked at him and smiled. He looked at me and stopped mid sentence to look at me as I walked past and smiled at me. It was electric.
I think he likes me. And I like him.
However, he is in a different department and I have no reason to talk to him in work.
I think he is nervous about making the first move as he is quite a bit older than me and might not be sure if I'm interested?
I would like to get to know him more and see what happens.
I've never been in this situation before does anyone have any ideas on how I should approach this?

    Thanks!

You need to find a way to talk to him. I think you both work in the same office so there is nothing wrong with saying 'would you like a coffee?' if you are making one/buying one.

Just go up to him and say. I want to squeeze your bum.

Don't **** where you eat. Office romance is messy and awkward if it goes wrong or if either of you decide you're actually not that into each other, especially when you're new at a company.
