    Hi,
i recently got a new iPhone 6s after i lost my previous phone, and i currently pay for the new phone on contract out of my own money from part time work, 31 quid a month. I didn't have a phone for 2 weeks and as i'm not old enough to pay with direct debit required for the phone i had to ask my mum to use her card (but i made a standing order to her account). My mum knew i was desperate to get a new phone so she made me sign a contract with a bunch of b******t rules, a couple of months on i broke one of these rules so apparently its hers now, BUT she still takes my phone away every single night, when i need it to reply to people and ask for homework, i'm at breaking point with her, any ideas? the last time i checked when you pay for something it makes it yours, so why is she treating that phone like its hers?!

Maybe she feels the need to "discipline" you so that you don't break any more of her set "rules" idk
