    im constantly sleepy during the day even though i go to bed early... any tips for better quality sleep?

    I'd advise you see your doctor. There can be a lot of reasons for tiredness but most are harmless. Do you have any one or all of the following symptoms such as: bleeding gums when brushing your teeth? Feeling lightheaded? Look pale? Hair loss?

    They might need to check your white blood cell count as its not good to have too many white blood cells.

    This. I was constantly tired too and it turned out I was slightly anemic. It's especially likely if you are vegan/vegetarian and/or have heavy periods. See a doctor and have a blood test done.
