Prokaryotic cells have no membrane bound organelles. Prokaryotic cells have their DNA in a circular form while eukaryotes have linear chromosomes. Ribosomes are different in the two. In general eukaryotes are far more complex than prokaryotes. Our cells are eukaryotic, bacterial cells are prokaryotic.
