ow do you deal with those pesky PMS mood swings? Watch

    Some of us are lucky enough to have no pain and no particular variety in emotions. Others have serious mood swings and cramps which see them in bed for a day or two!

    How do you deal with yours? Or, as a male or friend, how do you help your female friends deal?

    Thanks for the advice, I'm currently using the patch which has the same hormones.

    I managed to submit the post before I had finished composing it, so sorry if it came across as wanting advice but I'm just curious to see how people deal with it as it's something most females keep to themselves and it might help others. Things like yoga, eating dairy and flax seeds etc are suggested online, but what actually works for people?
