Boots makeup return policy? watch

    I bought some products from NYX instore in Boots but I picked up the wrong product. It is still sealed and I have the receipt but the problem is they only sell NYX in certain Boots stores in the UK. As I don't live near the Boots I originally got it from can I take it back to any Boots store without the NYX brand or not?

    You might as well try. They might not know the returns policy. It should say what it is on the ban of your receipt. Ring them up and see. returns are non store specific, but there seems to a restriction on cosmetics.

    I am not happy with a product I've purchased instore, what shall I do? Unfortunately Boots.com cannot accept returns for goods purchased in store. You can return the item to any Boots store. If you have the receipt we can offer you a refund, giftcard or exchange.Without a receipt we can only offer you an exchange. For the safety of all our customers, we can't accept the return of medicines, food and cosmetics unless faulty.

    It should be fine as long as it's the product is still sealed. Might be wrong though...
