You'll have to be a bit more specific than that :/

conduction, convection & radiation
Conduction: Thermal energy transfer via contact with a solid material. (such as metal, glass, plastic etc);
Convection: Thermal energy transfer via contact with a gaseous medium (like air, oxygen, nitrogen etc);
Radiation: energy transfer via electromagnetic radiation over a distance that does not need a material for transfer. e.g. a vacuum.

(Like the person said before, but specific detail added...)

Conduction - process of heat energy where vibrating particles pass on their extra kinetic energy to neighbouring particles
Convection - process of a fluid (liquid or gas, NOT a solid) rising as a result of becoming less dense when heated and then falling when become more dense (causing a continuous circulation)
Radiation - process of emitting heat (the hotter an object, the more INFRAred radiation emitted)
