    Hi everyone

I've got my CIE English Language Paper 3 (directed writing and composition) tomorrow. I've done a few past papers but I'm still not too sure as to how to tackle the first question (directed writing). If anyone has any tips it'd be much appreciated

It's very much like question 1 on paper 2, but the marks are given more for the writing of your answer, unlike in paper 2 where the marks were given for the content. I would strongly recommend using three highlighters and write about them in order, therefore making sure it sounds/looks like a letter/article. I don't think they will give us a letter because we had one in paper 2, therefore, more likely to be something like a report or article.

    Hope that helps....
