It is just over a week until I take my first GCSE exam; words cannot describe the amount of stress and pressure I feel currently. I'm taking Geography, History and Applied Science for my A Levels but I feel like I've completely neglected those subjects when it comes to my revision for GCSEs. Dont get me wrong, I have been doing revision for those subjects but I just feel like I've not done enough. Not to mention the other exams that I believe I am going to fail due to feeling like I've done no revision for them what so ever. Does anyone have any advice that would put my mind at ease? Should I be worrying as much as I am? Some advice on exam stress would be much appreciated!

Don't worry, you're not alone :hugs: stress sometimes impacts people a lot more than others There's a lot of guides here http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/cont...3-keeping-calm that might help you Just remember, you will be rewarded for the revision you do, and from the sounds of it you're doing plenty. Stress is natural, but you can learn to control it and not let it take control of everything. When I did my GCSEs I was in a similar situation and started having anxiety problems, but I pulled through fine and you'll do the same
