    100% serious.

    This guy did it: http://www.theguardian.com/world/201...dent-sex-drugs

His father worked in the North Korean embassy in London though.

But, he did it, so why can't I?

So, how do I go about registering my interest in studying Korean in North Korea?

Not trolling, if I could go I would.

I found a couple of emails on a North Korean website and I sent them an email, (in both English and Korean) but didn't get a response.
