Worried I have locked-in syndrome. Watch

This is going to sound odd, but basically I had a dream a few nights ago where I "woke up" and couldn't move or interact with my parents who were both there looking at me and saying how much they love me.

Since then I've had this horrible feeling that that was reality and everything - including this - is just me dreaming. I can't stop it running through my head. I'm so scared that's reality. I have exams I'm meant to be revising for but I can't stop thinking that none of it matters because it's not real.

    Help!

Sorta sounds like derealisation, you should go to your GP about it.
    Do you do any drugs?

I don't think so, I've had sleep paralysis before but this was different. I don't even live with my parents (or at least in this dream I don't..... ).

Drugs aren't the only way to get it, just one way.
You should google it and see if the symptoms are similar to yours. Also see a doctor anyway if it persists
