Have I managed to pull something at the gym? Watch

    I've been to the gym five times since Wednesday last week - 1 hour each time. I go with my mates who have been going for a while now, so I usually do the same work outs with them.

    My diets alright, in fact it's better than it's ever been and I've been getting plenty of sleep, water and post-work out shakes.

    I feel a lot healthier too. I've noticed my stamina has shy-rocketed and it looks like I'm bulking.


    I've gained 2kg in the last few weeks too (maybe muscle).


    However I have got some pains in my abdominal area, pecks, arms and legs. Is this normal? What is happening? Do you think I might have pulled something? Is this a sign I should be balancing out the sessions a bit more?

    Do some yoga and get a massage and I think you are working out too much. Most people workout 3 to 4 times a week:yep:

    Hmm, never thought of yoga... It could well help though.

    I think the fact that I'm getting all these pulled muscle is down to the fact I was so out of shape before. If it doesn't get any better I'll slow down!
