Hi, am starting this course in Sept (I think).

I have 2 places in 2 different colleges; one does the course over 3 days a week, one over 3 1/2 days.

My question is this: On the days you're 'in' are your lessons continuous? As in all periods? Or is it like A levels where you have 'study periods' in between lessons?

mine was done over 5 days of like 17.5 hours per week in lessons so we had on average 3.5 hours per day but like some days we would have 4 lessons and some days only 1, 2 or 3 as well as the whole college having wednesday afternoons off, and yes you do get free periods but if youre only doing it over 3 days it will depend on how many weekly contact hours the college permits, dont forget also you can go in on the other 2 days and work in the library or whatever as well as see your friends who happen to be in on those days
