On my 1st year I had 4 modules and I failed 3 of them and then I had to repeat the 3 failed ones and continue on 2nd year the one I passed. I did passed all of them on my 2nd year which was practicly my 1st again except of one module. This year I was doing my 2nd year and I had also 3 additional modules of the 3rd year in order to be a full-time student. But in one these 3 modules I did terrible and I may not be able to resit it in the summer. My question is: Will I be able to repeat it next year that I will be basically 3rd year cause this was my first time doing this module. Or will I will be discontinued because I already failed once part of my course? I also read on my uni page that "Students are only allowed to repeat a module once. If you fail the module a second time, it is likely you will be discontinued from your course." so am I safe or not?

You need to ask your university/tutor. Nobody here can tell you, each university has a different policy on retakes.
