Unsure - opinions please

There's this guy that I have been in contact with for a couple of months and every time we've arranged to meet up it hasn't happened for some reason or another, like illness or whatever. So the other day we FINALLY met up and it was really good - we had a really enjoyable conversation and he stayed over and our night was a nice mix of passion and intimacy (you might say it's odd that it was intimate with someone I don't know that well, which I think too, but it was intimate). The thing is I'm just not quite sure about the situation generally and I can't quite put my finger on why. One significant thing is that there's a ten year age gap - I'm 19 and he's 29, I'm a student, he's an actor in London. As a result I'm a bit unsure about, if you like, 'who he is', just because that sort of life circumstance is so unfamiliar to me. Also he was really complimentary to me, like telling me i'm beautiful and intelligent and stuff, which is obviously really nice but I'm not used to it so it seemed a little odd. Basically I really enjoyed spending time with him but I'm sort of unsure, but I can't say exactly why. Any opinions welcomed!

10 years seems a lot, but i guess if you're on the same 'level' it shouldnt matter. And the compliments..maybe he's being sincere so just get used to it. And yeh just meet up and get to know him more to find out.

I met him through this organisation/club thing we both do. I guess I will just get to know him better and see how my feelings pan out

Seriously, don't be worried about this. My boyfriend is 9 years older than me, and it only matters if you care about it. Get to know him more if you're worried about it.

It was nice that you experienced intimacy, but it seems like you could become more acquainted with this gentleman - find out the 'real' him (a bit difficult when seeing him infrequently); talk about your future - are you ready to command such a serious relationship?

Dear you are the only one who can observe his aptitude toward your future relations in his eye. Try to find it. Its possible to see what his eyes are telling you about you in his opinion..thanks...
