What is it about anxiety that you're particularly struggling with? There's different ways of managing it but in general I find splitting things I'm worried about down into smaller tasks the best, and just taking things one step at a time. Also trying not to avoid things I'm worried about even when I really want to, this only makes it worse in the long run. It depends what it is for you though, if it's affecting your everyday life and you haven't already though your GP would be the best person to see.

I wouldn't say it affects my everyday life, its more about my confidence when it comes to speaking for speeches/presentations. Ive had one bad experience and ever since then its gone downhill and i fell like its affecting me more and more
