Applying Late to unis?! Help please

I know it's super late by now to apply for uni, but I got delayed due to personal problems etc. Main factor would be tuition, and a good(ish) rep. (I do realise this is so late, I might have to wait for the next round..). Are there any unis left that you recommend?
Looking for undergrad in mechanical engg.

Stats:Indian CBSE grade 12 graduate with physics, math and chem, waiting for results
Affordable tuition <18000 euro
Grade 10: All A+ (science, math, english, social studies and a language)
Grade 11: 94%
Grade 12: 85% " " (term one score), expecting finals exam to be near 90%
SAT1: 2040
SAT2: Math level 2; 750, Physics 730
TOEFL: 110

ECs include painting, sketching, basketball, karate.I know my tuition is range is kind of low for uk, so if there are other unis outside of it that you can think of, please suggest those too. Thanks!

Are you saying you are expecting 90%+ in CBSE Class XII? That appears to be equivalent to A*AA at A-level. If so that would be good enough for some excellent universities - you would need to contact them to see if they still have places.

e.g. (this is just a selection - you can google more yourself  )

BTW your ECs are not especially relevant for UK university applications. Focus on your academics and your interest in engineering.

Also, UK pricing is in GBP £. So €14k is approx £11,000. I'm not sure you'll find many MechEng courses that "cheap".
