More than one subject

I'm currently thinking of applying to do (straight) Economics at my uni choices but I also want to apply to do Economics, Politics and International Studies (at Warwick).

This is causing me quite a lot of trouble in writing my personal statement- I want the main focus to be Economics, to show my other 5 choices that I'm dedicated to the subject yet I don't just want to tag a few sentances about Politics and International Studies at the end.

Any advice?

i've heard that you can write an additional letter to a specific university explaining your additional interests. You address it to the admissions officer for that subject you're applying for, and say "because i am applying for economics only at other univesities, i dedicated my ps to all of that, but i'd just like to highlight additional points relating this this specific course..." blah blah blah.
In the PS try and drop in interest in the way economics and politics link...that might work

if i we're you I'd choose between the two and then apply for that and thus base your ps around that.

Why aren't you applying for Econ+Pol at other universities if that were your interests are?

I'm still having trouble deciding whether to do this or not. Although I'm interested in Politics I'm really drawn towards the International Studies side of the course at Warwick, and since you can't do Economics and International Studies I would be more than happy to study the Politics. However, I know that this perhaps isn't the best idea.

A lot of it depends on what sort of grades I get in my AS-levels, if I do well in History then I think I will be more confident in applying for Economics and Politics at other unis.
well i'm interested in Maths and Architecture, (although there are differences and similarities...) and one of the tutors said that it would look confusing for them, and that I wasn't committed to the subject
