How to boost exam confidence and reduce exam anxiety? watch

I had a tough time getting my results last year (2 A's and 2 B's) - doesn't sound too bad but in context, I really thought I'd do better. This year I feel so hopeless about my exams like I've already failed and my future is just out of my grasp. Does anyone have any tips for feeling confident about exams, especially maths (Core 4) as all the very smart kids in my class have been stressed about this specific exam, which makes an average student like me worry ten times more. Even just little tips would be really helpful, my confidence is so low for A2. Lol maybe I should go to a councilor. I know I won't be able to cope if I don't do as well as I want in these exams.

Do past exam questions, by the time the exam comes round you'll recognise the questions which come up and know how to answer them, boosting your confidence in the exam
