Yh it would help if you confide in a close one about the issue. I'm sure you'll feel better.

I would encourage you to confide in some one. Firstly, somebody that you trust who can support you, and a GP if you think something more serious is going on for you.

if you can, and its really interfering with your life, i definitely suggest seeing your gp and talking to them about it. you dont have to go with your parents or anyone, and theyre obliged to keep it confidential unless they feel as though you are at risk of harming yourself or others.
best of luck, op, and i hope things look up for you soon! itll get better. ☆

Sweetie, I am going through the exact same thing as you. I just want you to know that you are not alone. I got to a position where I thought there was no hope, wanting to get out of this world.. Anyway I started seeing the school counsellor (who i am currently seeing weekly.) She has been very beneficial to me, if you have a school counsellor I would definitely go and confide in them. Also it may seem daunting, but tell your parents! Parents can actually be really supportive and offer loads of good advice aha.

Take deep breaths in and out when you feel anxious and it should go away

When it gets bad, distract yourself with some music or anything that makes you feel comfortable and happy. It's also constructive to find someone to talk to.
