I have a BTEC in construction and I still struggle to be constructive.

Has anyone got any advice on how to be more constructive?

    Hi DiddyDec,

I think you are confusing the terms constructive and construction.

Your BTEC in construction arms you with the knowledge and experience to construct buildings and infrastructure.

However, constructive means something entirely different.

    adjective
1.having or intended to have a useful or beneficial purpose.
    E.g. "constructive advice"

So basically everything you need to say has to be useful or beneficial. The trouble is what is deemed to be constructive is of course subjective, so it depends who is on the receiving end.
