Hi OP! Ok first, take a break, have a bit a downtime as it's important to relax yourself, so you can revise more effectively.

And OP you can do it, there is still more than a week left. How are you testing yourself (flash cards, practice questions)?

Yup defo take a break because there's no point of revising when it's not going in. Have a rest for 1-2 hours (no phones, TV etc just fall asleep) and then wake up to see if you feel well. And if you haven't gotten better then I don't think you should go in tomorrow as it's a mock and not your real exam. Ask if you can do it another day like on Thursday or Friday (if you feel good enough to go in)!

Don't lose hope! If you think negatively it will automatically make you think you'll fail or not do as well and won't revise as effectively as you would when you are positive!
