    Could you be more specific? Which process are you talking about it? What are you producing Iron from? Enthalpy usually relates to entropy which determines the temperature at which production occurs.

    The process is in a blast furnace. The question is ridiculously vague. The question is- describe the significance of enthalpy during iron production in the blast furnace whilst explaining how heat exchange can be put to good use.
