I was looking through previous past papers and I've noticed that if a case study comes up on one year on next years paper it doesn't. I've looked through last years paper and found out what case studies are on it but is it too risky to not revise the other ones?

Yes that is too risky. You can't be sure what will or won't come up, even if you think you've found a pattern.
