I am well hydrated and everything you are supposed to do when you have a headache.
They always come on when I'm over-thinking/ worrying about all the revision I need to do at this time of the year.
DO THEY EXIST ? And how can I get rid of one ?

hey I feel your pain - I've got one now! I've heard they're caused because of tension in the muscles around our bodies. I think its because we're concentrating so much & it makes us tired. these headaches appear after exams as well don't they? (me too) I've worked out my glasses seem to help because my eyes don't need to strain as much - but i need to wear them anyways otherwise i can't do long periods of study.
I've had paracetamol before as my headaches have got quite bad - but ask your doctor/gp/ pharmacy first for clarification. Also make sure your getting enough sleep too or have 1/2 hour nap before u start studying to help you feel refreshed if it works (sometimes works for me). I normally make sure I'm sitting in a well lit area for revision as it makes textbooks etc easier to read.
Try not to worry about exams, but do talk to a trusted parents/teachers.family member if your worried about them. good luck with ur exams
