can you help im 18 and ive had alot of back acne for a while now but i want to try get rid of it for summer does anyone know how how to atleast stop the redness its horrible

I had acne but I went to the doctor and my doctor prescribed me duac.
It's really good to use as it reduces redness and the acne scars itself.
If you have scars use bio oil

Hope this helps but don't worry about it.
My acne was really bad I got it when I was in year 6 and now it's gone.
I used zineryt from year 6 to 9 then my doctor prescribed me duac.

Try to moisturise your face often. I use simple's rich moisturiser and it's really good for acne.
    Exfoliate once a week
    Change pillow sheets regularly
Water is key as it fluses toxins

But yeah try duac as it will reduce redness.

i used to have it, not that bad though, my cousin had it, get detol anti bacterial and clan your back with it everyday with cotton buds or summat.

Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
