I can't remember crying in a long time, but for my exams I don't cry I just throw up and get sleeplessness :frown:

(but exams are over now  )

same here, i never sleep during exam times and get so scared ....but i dont cry for them, not worth it really...

Reply 102

Wow. I really never knew people cried so much over exams. I feel left out..

I cried during exam time probably because I put myself under pressure a little too much. Generally I do cry a lot although I don't want to cry in front of other people because I feel weak. There have been a few times like last night when I've cried for no reason at all :s-smilie: I remember once when my friend's mother was quite abrupt in saying that I'm too emotional and I need to learn not to be so sensitive. That inevitably made me cry :p:

I cried a couple a week ago, and before that the last time was in January.
It's not specifically crying about exams, but it correlates to the stress and lack of sleep during that time and makes me more sensitive to issues in general I think.

Every couple of weeks I go through a phase of crying for several days, it's weird! Generally it's just an overall feeling of sadness that makes me cry, but sometimes it's an argument.

I cant remember the last time i cried, i dont know what it would take to make me cry tbh.

my gf has said on many occasions that i am too unemotional and that even when she threatens to break up with me (we almost never fall out tho, so its not a common thing lol) i dont cry, unlike her ex who was more emotional.

its not that i dont want to cry, or try to stop myself. and its not that i dont care. she is my world and losing her would be gutting. i just dont deal with emotional stress by crying. i see myself as a very emotionally strong person but not being able to cry doesnt make me unemotional does it?

Reply 107

I don't cry. I have been brought up on the pretext that crying is a sign of weakness.

I rarely cry>

(Ugh i@ve done something on my keyboard and i can@t do apostrophes or full stops!!!>>>> or slashes>>> or commas!!)

and now i can@t get back to the top! lol>> omgod! grr>

okay>

i rarely cry> im the type of person who holds stuff in> im more likely to either shrug it off and push it down> or get very angry>

but saying that< movies reguarly make me weep a bit!

exams just stress me out and make me moody!

i rarely cry, normally it takes something really major. in the past ive never been that stressed out about gcses and as levels but for the first time ever ive been getting really emotional whilst taking my a levels! i don't know why i keep getting so upset about it as really exams are not the be all and end all and i have nothing else to complain about!

i think the worst feeling is when u feel u havent shown ure true ability in an exam, even though u know the subject well and revised for it. its comforting to know that other people are feeling much more emotional than usual aswel!

I cry quite a bit, I am way too sensitive though, always was. People always told me I'd grow out of it but I havent. Now I'm not as bad as I was but if people mention certain subjects when I've been drinking I will get upset. Like the other day it happened in front of the guy that I like, it was majorly embarassing.

I cry every day

Reply 112

I mainly cry when I get stressed. I cried last week as I'd had a stressful day at school and some of the children were just misbehaving. Before that, I cried probably a couple of months ago when the workload was getting stressful.

Reply 113

I don't cry and when i start too, i stop myself. I don't like it at all.
I've bottled things for so long i don't think it's wise to cry, i don't think i'll be able to stop. haha

Reply 114

I don't cry over exams. I did cry a few minutes ago however at the end of watching 'The History Boys'.

Reply 115

This morning for a while. Last time I broke down was a few weeks ago at uni everything was getting on top of me the work and my job and just ended up just crying really bad when I was out with my friend.

Reply 117

I honestly cant remember the last time i cried.

Reply 118

I probably only cry about once a month. :s:
Last time was when i got really scared.
But normally, it's when i get down about my weight/lack of boyfriend/fall outs with friends etc. :frown:
I tend to talk it all through with my mum though, which normally sorts it out.
Or, i get drunk, and that stops the tears.

I'm a really emotional person and i cry a lot i suppose. It's usually worse when i'm stressed. The last week or so have been stressful because ive had exams, been ill and had my mum in hospital and some days it all got too much and i cried. I haven't cried properly in about a week though.

But saying that even little things set me off, even some films perfect example - The Notebook...that had me sobbing like a baby. I think it's just me being silly a lot of the time but ah well thats just the way i am

I don't think theres a certain amount you should cry because everyones different. I guess i'm just one of the over-emotional people hehe xx<3
