My eyesight is bad, mainly due to the time i waste on my phone.

    I use my phone to:
    check the time
    go on facebook
    check emails
    whatsap
    read articles and blogs
to search random things on the internet.
Usually go on it at college alot too as most people are so anti social

Try putting your phone away for 2-3 days change your sim over to a standard (not smartphone). Don't allow yourself to go on your phone for these 2-3 days. You will find you get a lot more done, instead of wasting time on your phone you would end up getting so bored you'd complete tasks and actually get stuff done then when you swap your SIM card back in to a smartphone turn off all notifications and allow yourself an certain amount of time on apps such as Facebook and searching on blogs.Hope this works just give it a try. Remember it's ok to go on your phone as long as it's not coming between your life and work.
