Hi Hcant, I haven't got many of my A2 case studies anymore, but I remember some of the ones we did:

Sustainable Water - The Three Gorges Dam, China (water supply + flood control), the Pearl River Delta, China (pollution of water resources), the North-South water transfer project in China (water transfer schemes), the London Chalk Aquifer (depletion of water resources)

Sustainable Food - the Blue Revolution (aquaculture project to sustainably manage use of wild fish stocks), Thanet Earth, Kent (using hydroponics to increase food production)

Sustainable Energy - Three Gorges Dam, China (hydroelectric power), wind turbines in Denmark (wind power), Russia-Ukraine gas supply dispute + destruction of oil wells in the Middle East (conflict over energy resources)

I hope these give you some ideas
