I've been driving with my dad for quite a while now, my learners insurance is finishing on the 3rd of June so im gonna buy around 10 hours of lessons with a pro instructor. What car am i going to drive in the driving test? Can I use my instructors car? Also in my town all of the driving tests were booked so i booked it in another town 11 miles away, would that be fine?

It should be the one you've been using with your instructor
Yes that's what it's for, probably not their personal car but their work car.
You should be but it's better do drive around familiar areas then you know what speed limit are where and what too look out for. But there's no problem doing else where, just that you have to be more cautious

You can do it in your instructors car if they agree. I do disagree that you have to do it at your local centre tho, if you can drive it shouldn't be a problem. I did mine in a town I had drove in twice and passed. Just make sure you go out at least once so any "tricky" bits will be familiar
