So if I start of with chapter one which is about balanced diet and healthy eating.

What is a balanced diet?
A balanced diet includes everything you need to keep the body healthy.

You need carbohydrates, fats and proteins to build cells and and release energy.

You need minerals and vitamins to keep the body healthy.

If the body is not healthy you can suffer from deficiency diseases such as scurvy. You may be too thin, too fat or have an unbalanced diet.

If the diet is unbalanced it could result to malnourishment.
