This dude and chick bought a house "together", the house is in both their names, the dude paid the $40,000 deposit the is a mortgage on the property in both their names ($160,000), the dude has paid all of the mortgage repayments so far which is $100,000, the chick has not contributed anything except taking on mortgage liability.

If the court was to impose a constructive trust would she get partial ownership even though she has not contributed anything but because she took on mortgage liability?

What does the court consider as financial contributions in relation to a constructive trust?
