Well I do Biology so considering that
I can tell you what I do.
When I have nothing left to do, and even in the process of studying, I write down everything I know about a chapter then check it. This way you know where to focus and how much you actually remember because Im guessing like Bio pychology is also a lot of stuff.
By the way I'm planning to do Psychology in Uni.

Thanks for the help! I'll definitely give it a go!
All my exams have been multiple choice so far so I haven't had to revise too much but now I have 2 unseen essays to do in 2 hours on monday for Bio/Cog psych.
I've written notes and tried to condense it on a flash card and short notes. Tested myself, filling in the blanks etc but i think i need exam practice too!

GOOD. Well for Bio the thing is if you dont have the content on your tips then there is no point of past papers.
So what I suggest and what i do is, first do a few papers and see how to answer the questions. They style of answers examinrs want.
Then know all of the content. Of course it is okay if you forget a few details. Its normal.
    Then do past papers.
If you think you know the stuff then do past papers and write down every thing you know as a summary simultaneously.
    It helps me a lot.
    All the best
And make sure you can finish in the time limit. Better if a few minutes early to go through. Minimum 5 mins. its okay if you can't cuz usually paper is long.
