Student finance residency evidence?

I've been asked to provide evidence for my residency from 1st September 2013 to present.
So far I have collected child tax credit letters from April 2012-April 2013 and April 2014-April 2015, as well as a bunch of bank statements throughout 2015 and 2016.

Considering my father hasn't been able to find the April 2013-April 2014 letter, is this sufficient evidence?

Also, I've just been sent an envelope, so where do I write my Customer Reference number?
Hi there.

We will not be able to accept the April 12-13 Tax credits letter as this is before Sept 13.

We need a number of items from within the 3 years so we would still require other evidence from Sept 2013 to April 2014.
