Hi i am currently one week away from sitting my first AS level.

My year 12 hasent been the most productive
Throughout my GCSE's i started revising months in advance. This year ive started a few weeks ago.

Sixth form hasnt been the best choice specifically the topics i have chosen.

I have already dropped one a level so i am currently studying 3. Anything under a D and i wont be invited back for year 13. My current grades are D,E,B

I personally dont wish to continue but i have kept that to myself.

As far as i can see i have 3 options
Revise and try and get into year 13

    Re do the year

Revise and drop out even if i am allowrd back?

    Need advice!

    Hello
I think it will be better if you posted this in A Level.
Hopefully a moderator will move it
    Good luck.

Do your exams first and then make your decision on results day.

I didn't get the grades I wanted either in my AS.
So decide what you want to do as a career. Focus and force yourself to study.
I think you ahould just revise them.
But if you feel you will do better by repeating the year then go for it.
But having an aim is important.

    Give it your best.
    Why drop out?
I dod 4 AS and now doing 3 A level.
    You can do it.
Believe in yourself and give in your best wjen you revise or repeat the year.
    Don't give up.
Never give up. Nothing is impossible

I am also in a similar position to you, however my school is terrible and I don't see myself staying next year. I have a place in a sixth form college for September and I am going to re start my a levels. I'm dropping out after half term (our school doesn't do AS so no point staying).

If your sixth form is decent, I recommend staying and waiting till results day to make your decision.
