Mark schemes are the worst

Mark schemes kill creativity in your answer, my answer is different but isn't but Iwont get any marks , only understanding should matter, how can you understand youth with such a system?
You know, most mark schemes for Humanities say something along the lines of 'This is not an exhaustive list of relevant points. Accept other valid points.'
The whole exam system is a perversion of actually learning a subject. You really learn an exam. Mark schemes are great for that, though as you just ahve to give them what they want in the way they want.
