Why do you smoke cigarettes?

and how does it make you feel?

Esp when you know its destroying your lungs, why are so many people unable to stop?

Because they are addicted.
Because I'm stressed and the prospects of shortening my life span do not seem so daunting right now.

Nicotine addiction

I used to smoke because it was enjoyable, idk how to explain it further then that. After drinking, it's REALLY good.

Because the damage is also such a long term thing relative to the time you smoke a cigarette, it doesn't even factor into it.
The nicotine high is too good
I tried it once, never again. Just never seen the appeal in it and that didn't change upon trying it. I already have a hazardous addiction anyway - pizza.

Why not? We have vape now. :awesome:
Smoked a bit before, but not enough to get addicted luckily. I just don't see the appeal tbh, such a waste of money and you're constantly running off outside to smoke.

Although I do smoke shisha, but that's because I'm a typical stupid Asian guy

Good. :yy:

I think the short-term benefits more than justify the long-term cost. :K:

Only occasionally. I'm definitely not a raging smoker, nor could I be even if I wanted to.

Long term costs? Don't they cost like £8 a pack?

I was referring to the shortened life expectancy.
(Though it's probably not that great an effect for an occasional smoker.)
stock up when you go spain or something that way you beat the cost. i bought 400 cigarettes for 55 quid and because i didnt smoke for 7 months i still have loads left. even then i have had this 20 pack for over a week as i am in no rush to finish the packet. enjoy your smokes by having them sparingly lol (unless your on a night out or football when the exception can be made :P)
