Today my limbs just feel so fatigued and even something as simple as going for a walk is effort. I did go to the gym two days ago where I did an hours cardio and some strength training, which I'm new to, but I felt fine yesterday! Is it normal for my body to feel this way? I just feel so weak right now

It might be that your body is just tired because you never exposed it to that sort of regime previously. Really shouldn't to be honest :erm:
Try taking some rest for a day or two. If you still fell that way, visit a doc

Sometimes after people do a big work out they can feel fine, but the next day or so they can really feel it. It will go away soon, I'm sure. Your body is probably new to it, and will need to adjust, so at first it may be hard each day or so after. I would suggest keeping your fluids up, eating plenty of nutritious food, getting any extra sleep you can (even 30 mins can help!!) or if you are planning to make this regular, maybe start with a less intense work out and slowly build up. All the best and I hope you recover soon!

Make sure you're eating and drinking enough with your work outs. Also, try to hit at least 7-8 hours of sleep. If the symptoms persist, see your GP.
