We are 4 girls looking to rent out our spare 5th bedroom. We are looking for a student preferably around the age of 18-25.
All rooms have double beds and quite spacious.
The property is located right behind the Henry Cotton building, on Trueman street, so perfect if you are on Byrom street campus. Its is a 43 week contract from 1st September - 1st of June.
However, if you will it can be arranged to stay throughout the summer.
The property is to be let at a rent of £90 per person per week, including all bills (gas, electric and water) and WIFI. The rent is payable termly in three instalments, the first is due in upon moving in while the 2nd is due in January and the 3rd in April.
Accommodation; Living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 x WC and basin and 2 x shower and basin.
Facilities; Fridge/freezer, oven with hob, washing machine, microwave, wireless internet, mains operated smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and fire blanket and for the security of the occupants each bedroom is lockable from inside and outside.
The property has been electrically tested and gas certified.
