I currently have 60 fewer credits than I need (from A levels) to get into a business management course, however I have done a year on a foundation degree. Will my grades from the foundation degree count as more credits and allow me to get onto the management course?

A foundation year doesn't count as UCAS points, which is probably what you mean by "credits". But it will help you to get into uni. Not all unis will accept it, as content will vary between foundation degree providers. If you're interested in a specific uni you would need to ask them directly.
