    Power is equal to the energy input (or output) per second. What's the source of energy? It's the falling water, right? How does the falling water give you this amount of energy? You take the energy by slowing down the water, and speeding up your turbine. So basically transfer of kinetic energy. Find the amount of kinetic energy transfer per second and you've solved your problem.
