HELP!!!

Right, I'm in a little bit of a predicament here. I study law, which until recently I thought I would pass. I am definitely not going to pass. I also do business, which is slightly easier than law, yet still failing. I am doing okay in my other two subjects, and I need 1 more D grade to get a second year at my college. Should I stop revising for law, and accept a U and put all of the revision into business? (assuming I have already started my revision, which I haven't). I have a much greater chance of getting a D in business. I just haven't a clue what to do. Oh yeah forgot to mention, my exam for law is in 5 days and my exam for business is in 7 days. HELP!!!!!
