Relationship Advice

I've been dating this guy for a month now, he claims that he loves me, we've been seeing each-other a couple of times a week and messaging a normal amount. But now all the sudden he hasn't wanted to see me, he hardly messages me and I have to start all our conversations. When I asked him about this he just said he's busy because of revision which I totally understand because I too have have loads of revision, but whenever I do speak to him he's just watching TV. The real turning point came today, we hadn't seen each-other since the previous Saturday and I'd been feeling pretty low all week so I was looking forward to seeing him. So I walk up to him and his friends, one of them is showing him something on their phone, so he completely ignores me and I just stand there for 10 minutes not speaking to anyone because I don't know his friends looking like an idiot. I feel like he's just having me around in case he gets bored, he never asks me how I am or anything about me. I don't know what to do, my friends say maybe I should just break up with him but I want to give him a chance but I don't know when I'll next see him face to face. What do you think? Please help!

I am sorry but that a fair way for him to treat you even if he is stressed. This is not how you treat someone you love. I would try to get to speak to him alone and be firm with him. Say that while you appreciate that you might not talk as much at the moment due to work he still needs to be nice to you and that his behaviour at the moment is upsetting you. Make it clear to him that if things don't chance you will be considering whether this relationship has a future. I know that this might sound harsh but if he genuinely does love you then this will hopefully be the wake up call he needs. If not then at least you know where you stand.
