Just relax, these exams don't measure your cleverness in any way, shape or form. If you perform badly in one exam, it's ONE exam. There is absolutely no one, no matter how rich or successful they are/were, who didn't mess up a single exam throughout their life.

To destress, I like to think positively, think about how the world hasn't changed whatsoever around me, and remember how I am still surrounded by amazing people and how this stupid exam has made hardly a difference to who I am.

At the end of the day, if you are really caught up with how bad you've done, you can always retake. If it's happening to you at the moment, no matter what it is about exam stress, it's happened to someone else, and they've managed to cope with it and still move on with life!

GOOD LUCK - they'll all be over by July

get enough sleep the night before. being properly awake for your exam will help you loads more than spending a couple of extra hours revising
