My mum was raised Catholic, although she doesn't really follow any practices, I'm not exactly sure of my dad's religious beliefs, I think they both believe in God and I'm agnostic. I haven't had a religious upbringing anyway

Nope. My dad's an atheist like myself but technically I'm not of the same lack of religion that he is because I'm also a Theravada Buddhist. I don't actually have faith in anything though, I follow the Dhamma because a lot of it's been scientifically proven. The different mental states stuff, not the rebirth bits (which are a load of superstitious tosh IMO). As a scientist the closest thing I have to a holy book is the scientific method and my substitutes for gods are reason and logic. I do have the Pali Canon, but that's just the records of the Buddha's teachings (most of which is either common sense, common decency or some miraculous and super effective psychtherapy technique), not some mystical word of God.

Unfortunately my mum's much more gullible than myself or my dad. She's fallen for the "law of attraction" pseudoscience and herbal remedy nonsense. It makes me cringe every time I see her going to her homeopath. The whole "treat like with like" thing is so stupid, like what if you had eaten too many potatoes and had mild cyanide poisoning? I suppose a homeopath would just give you more cyanide and then get really confused when it kills you.

No. My mum and stepdad aren't into spiritualism and I think its a lot of crap.

My gran is a Christian and my papa is an atheist. My papa's views are the only one in the family I agree with.
