Hello. I have received an automated email from student finance saying they need more information "Awaiting Eligibility Evidence". This has got me stressed because I did send them everything off as requested. I sent off my passport and other evidence that they needed- they returned it saying that they needed orgininal evidence and I sent that as well yesterday using special delivery ...
When I login to the student finance website to see my account everything seems ok and it says they have all the information they need but I still received this email and I am a bit worried. What should I do??

If this was only just sent then it's normal to receive the e-mail at that time as it won't have been processed straight away.
