    Hey guys,

So for the last year or so I've been having the strangest lows in my mood, often crying for no apparent reason, or worrying over silly things. I also find it quite hard to convince myself to leave the house unless it's for lectures or I'm meeting someone, and nights out have dwindled down to no more than once in three or four months. However, I'm not sure whether this is a problem yet, cause surely everyone goes through this now and again, right?

    Thoughts?

    Thanks.

The fact that you're questionning it, does suggest to me that you probably do know it's a problem.
