Recently, I have been feeling sick constantly. It started off after some fast food so put it down to eating crap but I have been eating well for the past two weeks and still once a day I will feel so sick, to the point I think I'm gonna be sick, and I can't see an end. I have arranged a doctors appointment but can't be seen for two weeks so was just wondering if anyone has any good home remedies to make the nausea subside? Losing sleep and feeling down so any help is greatly appreciated.

Ginger (like biscuits or tea) is meant to help. Not sure of any others, but keeping hydrated might help too. Maybe call a pharmacy. They should know some good nausea remedies.
