I wake up, brush my teeth, have my breakfast and start my revision at 12:00 am. I revise for about 5 to 6 hours before finishing about 8:00 pm(2 to 3 hours procrastinating). After i finish i do 1 of these 3 things: exercise, watch tv or surf the internet. My exams start 23rd of may. Ps4 allows me to cope with the stress and relax. However every time i go on my ps4 i feel like a waste man and that i am wasting my time playing games when i should be revising. I was wondering, is it the smart to go on ps4 when exams begin in 9 days and what would you do if you was in my shoes?

It is absolutely the smart move. If you are indeed revising for 5 to 6 hours it's important to take breaks and relax.

That said part of the issue sounds to be with your revision routine. You revise for 6 hours. Break it into smaller chunks. Don't do several hours revision straight away. Do half an hour, take a break to procrastinate. Go outside, surf the web, whatever. Do another hour, PS4. Half hour, break.

Don't feel bad about trying to relax and destress. You shouldn't be revising all day, for days on end. If it were me I'd be doing less revision and more relaxing. If I were in a position where I felt I needed to 6 hours a day or I wouldn't pass I'd be more concerned with why I feel I need to do all that work. it's not all about exams you know. Enjoy your childhood.

If your revision is where you want it to be, then its fine 60-90 mins just a wind down. Tbh though id probably just focus and do ps after the exams to keep focus. keep the other bits up exercise , sleep and diet. You cna binge play after.
